Her passion for the medicine has led her to Gabon where she has undergone initiations into the Nyèmbè and Mabundi (the feminine form of Bwiti/Bwété). This year in Gabon the was ordained by the elders as a Nganga(a seer and healer).
Her Bwiti name(combo) is Yakéta which means Mother of Twins, Mother of All.
Working with her husband, Patrick Fishley, they are creating Soul Reflections. An Iboga/Ibogaine online community to help support people with preparation and integration pre and post retreats as well as going to Gabon, Africa for a deeper traditional experience. Soul Reflections will also offer education for those wanting to learn how to support others in the Iboga/Ibogaine space.

Tracy began her career in biotech, honing her skills in sales and marketing before becoming Director of Medical Affairs, to Executive Global director of Patient Advocacy and clinical trial recruitment. Driven by an insatiable knowledge for research, she has contributed to many start up biotech companies’ research programs, and in 2008, she founded Progressive Medical Center. Progressive, functional medicine clinics, focused on health and wellness with a combination of western and eastern medicine philosophies and practices. The clinics strived to uncover why patients are suffering by getting to the root of the cause, not just treating the symptoms.
In 2009, she was suddenly stricken with a series of what appeared to be unrelated but frequent illnesses. Dissatisfied with multiple misdiagnoses, she knew there had to be a more definitive cause as to why she was so ill. Through her own diligent research, and with the help of a functional medicine naturopathic physician, she discovered she had Lyme disease. After starting on a proper treatment protocol with alternative medicine many of her physical symptoms began to improve. It was then she realized that if she was experiencing that disconnect with traditional medicine, how many others were experiencing the same? That personal journey created a thirst for studying alternative healing modalities around the world, this is when she discovered Iboga and learned the unresolved trauma as the main cause and unresolved root of her illness. She credits Iboga as the healer of her Lyme disease as it brought to her awareness what needed to be released for her healing to manifest.
Working with plant medicines now for the last 12 years has taken Tracy to the jungles of South and Central America , Southeast Asia and Africa. Having been initiated into 3 different tribes in Africa and studying African plant ethnobotany, most notably iboga, Tracy has a special interest in Iboga and its healing properties in Trauma. Tracy has a great passion for indigenous tribes and in learning from them, and has gained in depth knowledge of Iboga’s healing properties to share with those who hear the call of this powerful plant.

Patrick began working with Plant Medicines in 2012, initially with Ibogaine and Iboga where he has shared his expertise thru medical services, coaching, counseling, prescreening, and integration. Thru those yrs he has been facilitating retreats as a lead facilitator and Medical director and teaching others to work with Iboga medicine in a traditional and responsible way. Also taking others on annual trips to Gabon for a rich and traditional experience.
