You can step away from your responsibilities, spend five nights surrounded by nature and have a profound Medicine Journey. But eventually, you go home — back to your relationships, work, triggers, habits and patterns.
That is why this is not simply a retreat. The weeks before Costa Rica prepare you. The Medicine Journey creates an opening. The nine weeks after your return are dedicated to integrating what you discovered into how you actually live. The goal is not simply to have a transformational experience — the goal is to transform how you live.

Individual consultation, a personalized gut-brain wellness assessment, medical and psychological screening, nervous-system preparation, and your first Soul POD Sisterhood gathering.
Week 3 · Costa Rica
The Immersion
Six days and five nights at Revela Retreats in Atenas — the catalytic centre of the twelve weeks, with the Medicine Journey at its heart.
Weeks 4–12 · Online
Integrate & Become
Nine weeks of supported RECLAIMS™ integration: weekly 90-minute live sessions, the Soul POD Sisterhood, and private 1:1 touchpoints to carry the work home.
