RECLAIMS™: The 22-Week Integration Model Built to Actually Hold
Here's what most retreats won't tell you: the ceremony is maybe 10% of the work. The other 90% is what happens after — and that's exactly where most programs leave you alone with a PDF and a hope.
Dr. Tracy built RECLAIMS™ because of this exact gap. The research on psychedelic aftercare points one way: the biggest predictor of lasting change isn't the dose or the ceremony — it's the structure and duration of what comes after. RECLAIMS™ is that structure: a 22-week model built from your personal testing results, delivered through both one-on-one coaching and small-group support, so your ceremony becomes a lasting shift instead of a story you tell.
Why Integration Decides Everything
Without It
- ×Insights fade within weeks
- ×Old patterns reassert themselves
- ×The ceremony becomes a story you tell
With It
- ✓Insights become embodied wisdom
- ✓New patterns hold under pressure
- ✓The change outlasts the medicine
The Truth: Transformation is made in integration, not in ceremony.
What RECLAIMS™ Stands For
RECLAIMS™ addresses eight domains of integration — because insight alone, without a body, a community, and a daily practice to hold it, fades. This is the framework from Dr. Tracy's own book on integration.
Root in the Body
Nervous system regulation, somatic practice
Embrace the Shadow
Emotional and psychological integration
Connect in Community
Your Soul Pod — see below
Listen to Lineage
Honoring the medicine's roots and your own
Align with Soul Purpose

Measure and Reweave
Biological retesting and progress tracking
Serve the World
Translating your healing into service
How the 22 Weeks Work — Individual and Group
Unlike a program built on generic follow-up calls, RECLAIMS™ runs on two tracks at once.
One-on-One Coaching
Weekly sessions tied to your specific test results and what surfaced in ceremony — not a script every client gets.
Soul Pod Group Coaching
A small group of 3–8 people that began meeting with you before ceremony and continues for the full 22 weeks. Healing in isolation is one of the biggest reasons integration fails — the Soul Pod is your accountability and community container.
The Rough Arc (customized per person, from your intake and results)
Month One
Grounding
Nervous-system stabilization, daily somatic practice, weekly Soul Pod check-ins.
Month Two
Deepening
Shadow and emotional work, relational practice, purpose exploration.
Month Three → Week 22
Aligning & Measuring
Habit and lifestyle integration, a repeat of your gut-biome and brain-chemistry testing to measure what's actually changed biologically, and a plan for what continues after Week 22.
"Integration isn't about perfection; it's about practice. It's not about never falling; it's about how you rise."
After my own journey with Iboga, I discovered the real work began when I returned home. The medicine had shown me the truth. I still had to learn how to live it.
I made every mistake there was to make, and those mistakes became my greatest teachers. They are why our integration support exists in the form it does.
