For Veterans & First Responders
Iboga & Ibogaine for Veterans Living with PTSD
A private, closely attended retreat in Costa Rica for those who carried something home and have been carrying it since.
Places cannot be booked directly. Every participant completes a consultation and a health screening before a place is confirmed.
You came home. Part of you didn't.
The training that kept you alive doesn't switch off because the deployment ended. The vigilance, the controlled distance, the habit of managing everything alone — they were adaptive once. They are what make ordinary life so difficult now.
Most veterans who reach us have already done the work. Therapy, medication, programmes. Not nothing — but not enough, and rarely at the root.
- Hypervigilance that never fully switches off
- Sleep disruption, nightmares, or night sweats
- Emotional numbness and distance from people you love
- Anger or irritability that arrives faster than you can catch it
- Reliance on alcohol or prescriptions to get through the day
- A sense that treatment so far has managed symptoms without reaching the cause

How You'll Be Looked After
You were trained to assess before committing. Here is what is in place around you.
Consultation and screening first
Before a place is confirmed you speak with Dr. Tracy and complete a health screening, including an ECG. It is how we establish that this retreat is right for you, and it happens before any commitment on either side. Some people are declined.
Supervision throughout
Dr. Tracy is present with you continuously through the ceremony, including overnight. She is trained to read ECGs and checks yours when warranted. She and Ale, our massage therapist, both hold current first aid and CPR certification, and our clinical psychologist is licensed in Costa Rica.
Complete confidentiality
Your participation is private. We do not share client information, and the retreat setting is closed to the public.
Integration after you return
The retreat is the beginning. Structured integration support continues after you go home, so the work translates into daily life.
Your health history and current medications are part of the consultation, and some may affect eligibility. That conversation happens directly with Dr. Tracy. Learn more about the medicine.
Who This Retreat Is For
Not sure whether you qualify? That is what the consultation is for. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Where Iboga May Help Veterans
Drawn from the conditions iboga may address, these are the patterns veterans most often bring to us. They overlap and interconnect — the work addresses the whole person, not isolated symptoms.
Offered Privately · Year-Round
Veterans PTSD Iboga & Ibogaine Recovery Programme
Investment
Across all of our retreats, pricing ranges from US$999 to US$12,000, depending on the programme you choose, its format, and your accommodation. Every retreat can be personalised with optional add-ons — your exact investment is confirmed during your complimentary consultation.
There are no dates to wait for. This programme is delivered through our signature private and semi-private one-on-one retreats — a maximum of three participants, guided personally by Dr. Tracy, and scheduled around you, year-round. See the private journey.
This retreat cannot be booked directly. Your consultation with Dr. Tracy comes first, followed by a medical and psychological screening. A place is confirmed only once both are complete.
