For Veterans & First Responders

Iboga & Ibogaine for Veterans Living with PTSD

A private, medically supervised retreat in Costa Rica for those who carried something home and have been carrying it since.

Medically supervised Completely confidential Costa Rica

Places cannot be booked directly. Every participant completes a consultation and a medical screening before a place is confirmed.

You came home. Part of you didn't.

The training that kept you alive doesn't switch off because the deployment ended. The vigilance, the controlled distance, the habit of managing everything alone — they were adaptive once. They are what make ordinary life so difficult now.

Most veterans who reach us have already done the work. Therapy, medication, programmes. Not nothing — but not enough, and rarely at the root.

  • Hypervigilance that never fully switches off
  • Sleep disruption, nightmares, or night sweats
  • Emotional numbness and distance from people you love
  • Anger or irritability that arrives faster than you can catch it
  • Reliance on alcohol or prescriptions to get through the day
  • A sense that treatment so far has managed symptoms without reaching the cause

How You'll Be Looked After

You were trained to assess before committing. Here is what is in place around you.

Consultation and screening first

Before a place is confirmed you speak with Dr. Tracy and complete a medical screening. It is how we establish that this retreat is right for you, and it happens before any commitment on either side.

Supervision throughout

You are supervised throughout by Dr. Tracy Scott and the retreat team, with monitoring during the ceremony itself.

Complete confidentiality

Your participation is private. We do not share client information, and the retreat setting is closed to the public.

Integration after you return

The retreat is the beginning. Structured integration support continues after you go home, so the work translates into daily life.

Your health history and current medications are part of the consultation, and some may affect eligibility. That conversation happens directly with Dr. Tracy. Learn more about the medicine.

Questions Veterans Ask

Is this covered by the VA or by insurance?+
Revela Retreats is a private programme and is not affiliated with the VA. Retreat fees are paid privately. If cost is a barrier, raise it during your consultation — we would rather have the conversation than have you rule yourself out.
Will this affect my security clearance or my employment?+
We hold client participation in strict confidence and do not disclose it to any third party. Questions about your own reporting obligations are yours to assess, and we would encourage you to seek your own advice where a clearance is involved.
Are there health conditions or medications that would exclude me?+
Possibly. Your health history and current medications are reviewed during your consultation and screening, and some do affect eligibility. Bring your questions to the call — it is a conversation, not a form.
Can I attend if I'm currently in VA treatment or therapy?+
Many participants arrive while already working with a therapist or treatment team. Continuity of care generally supports better integration. Discuss your current care during the consultation so it can be accounted for in your preparation.
What happens after I go home?+
Integration support continues after the retreat, structured around what you are returning to — work, family, and the routines that shaped the patterns you came to address.

One Conversation. No Obligation.
