Post-Rehabilitation Recovery

Iboga & Ibogaine Integration After Rehabilitation

A structured private retreat in Costa Rica for people who have completed treatment and want to build on it rather than lose it.

Screened and continuously attended Completely confidential Costa Rica

Places cannot be booked directly. Every participant completes a consultation and a health screening before a place is confirmed.

Finishing treatment is not the same as being finished.

Rehabilitation gives you distance from the substance. It does not always reach what put you there, and the months after discharge are where that gap becomes obvious — back in the same city, the same relationships, the same nervous system.

This retreat is designed for that window: not as a replacement for the work you have already done, but as a way to consolidate it while the ground is still fresh.

  • Sobriety that feels maintained rather than settled
  • The underlying causes untouched by detox alone
  • Returning to the environment the patterns were built in
  • A nervous system still running at the old baseline
  • Structure falling away after discharge
  • Wanting to build on recovery rather than defend it

The Support Around You

Recovery holds better with structure. Here is what that looks like before, during, and after.

Timing considered with you

Where you are in your recovery matters. The consultation establishes whether this retreat suits you now or would serve you better later, and that call is made together.

Consultation and screening first

Before a place is confirmed you speak with Dr. Tracy and complete a health screening, including an ECG. Nothing is booked until both are done, and some people are declined.

Supervision throughout

Dr. Tracy is present with you continuously through the ceremony, including overnight. She and Ale, our massage therapist, both hold current first aid and CPR certification, and our clinical psychologist is licensed in Costa Rica.

Integration built into the programme

The structured integration that follows is the part that determines whether change holds once you are home and the retreat is behind you.

Your health history and current medications are discussed on the consultation call, and some may affect eligibility. It is a straightforward conversation. Learn more about the medicine.

Investment

Across all of our retreats, pricing ranges from US$999 to US$12,000, depending on the programme you choose, its format, and your accommodation. Every retreat can be personalised with optional add-ons — your exact investment is confirmed during your complimentary consultation.

There are no dates to wait for. This programme is delivered through our signature private and semi-private one-on-one retreats — a maximum of three participants, guided personally by Dr. Tracy, and scheduled around you, year-round. See the private journey.

This retreat cannot be booked directly. Your consultation with Dr. Tracy comes first, followed by a medical and psychological screening. A place is confirmed only once both are complete.

Questions People in Recovery Ask

How long do I need to be out of treatment before attending?+
There is no single answer that fits everyone. Where you are in your recovery, how stable that ground feels, and what support you have at home are all part of the consultation.
Could my medications or health history prevent me from attending?+
They might. Medications and health history are reviewed on the consultation call, and some do affect eligibility. Come to that conversation openly and you will get a clear answer quickly.
Does this replace the programme I've already completed?+
No. It is intended to build on rehabilitation rather than substitute for it. Participants who arrive with treatment behind them and support around them tend to get the most from it.
Should my sponsor, counsellor, or treatment team know?+
We would encourage it. Recovery generally holds better with support informed rather than bypassed, and continuity of care makes integration afterwards considerably easier.
What support is there after I go home?+
Structured integration continues after the retreat, focused on the environment and routines you are returning to rather than the retreat itself.

The consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the timing isn't right, we will tell you that plainly.
